this friday, meet at 5.30pm at CITY HALL control station. celebrating BING'S BIRTHDAY which is on sat! we'll be going for dinner (most probably seoul garden at marina sq) then maybe if it's early we can go to the Esplanade to slack and just spend time with each other okies? msg me or chel or imran if u're coming alrite? i really need my dose of T7 goodness! guys i sooooo need to whine!hehehh!

been like busy training/studying(lil bit, ok, not really) so havn't posted
anyways, for those intersted, this is what the rankings looked like for the open category, compound class (mine), NUS Invitational Indoor Archery Championship..

1. Leow Ting How 578 (out of 600) -----> undisputed champion, he's damn good
2. Ray dunnosomeshit 555 ------> shoulda beaten him, don't really like him..
3. ME 553 ------> first time winning in open, and its kinda like almost my PB score (560)

so thats one medal for the first day, i'm super on form, on a roll. now for the team knockout round..
my team was top seed, we had the 3rd, 4th and 8th placed archers in my team, the 4th place guy is kinda like my coach, so really happy to beat him :)..

anyways, since we were top seed, we got "bye"s all the way to the quarterfinals. (walkover, cos not enough teams, hence highest seeds go through preliminary rounds)

quarterfinal score was 235, beating the other team by 2 points (shot like shit)
semifinal score was 253, beating the other team by 9 points (getting better)
final score was 258, whacking the other team by a shit load of points.. like more than 10, forgot :)

the finals was against the team with that Ray dude, so felt really good!

Final Result, 1 Gold (team), 1 Bronze. good competition, best this year..

kinda funny, just an add on.. during the prize giving, they gave the individual compound archers(mens) the womens trophy.. the announcer then said "theres been a small mistake".. yup, small mistake, very minor, like the loss of an organ only... but its all good. also, i conclude that NUS people can't spell. "Compound" was spelt as "Compund". kinda funny really :D at least they got the team medals right

time to go sleep, got CTs later today, econs to be exact, good luck to all!! for me, i'm just praying that i get 4 AO passes.. oh well 8)

yepp! me and chel were talking the other day and we thought of sooooo many plans for this end of year! parties galore! ahhh it'll be so fun.. i know it's kinda early to plan now..but we couldn't help thinking of PLAY and ENJOYMENT in the midst of mugging... haha.. so here it is...Proposal 1 for 1T07 Christmas celebrations'04 :

1. x'mas dinner at someone's house (like chel's whose house has an amazing ambience for a cosy get-together..haha) oh yes...we cook OURSELVES. have this wonderful sit-down formal dinner with appetizers, main course, desert etc etc and we could end off with watching a horror movie all huddled together. then exchange presents, of course! heeex. how does that sound? cosyyyy right??

2. theme party! (self-explanatory.)

3. (ok don't murder me but i think it'll be nice)-1T07 photoshoot
me and my friends wanted to have this professional photoshoot done last year..it'll be really nice..with all ur close friends...then u compile all the pics and put them in a photo album which'll go down memory lane! yepps. i'll try and get my dad to do it for us (he's a photographer)...or we could do it ourselves..haha..welll...i noe u guys aren't really big fans of photo taking...but........it's just a suggestion!

4. Go on cruise! (also self-explanatory)

wells..how's it? so exciting right? wheeeee....i can't wait for the holidays!!!.... :) :) :)

hey guys.. just felt like bitchin somewhere bout my new class.. and what better place than the oneteeoseven.blogspot.com.. hehe..

met my new class at so called orientation today.. and if u thot cj orientation was bad... think again... just had lectures about eLearning and blah blah shit for orientation.. or mayb i just wasnt there yesterday.. so well.. it still sucked anyway.. a faculty(fac) of 80 strong.. and well only like 5 or is it less gals were there.. and well about 13 guys from my clas was there.. think some of them pon like me lah.. but all were guys.. and i just hope the other 7 are like gals... for goodness sake.. the class is just so dead!!!! and there are no gals!!! no gals know!!!! what? another sji for 3 years? no way man.. and the thing is that the culture is altogether different.. in sji we are all related some how.. here.. we are all aliens from our different planets! ugh... and there wont be much of a havok lah.. look at them.. *shall not comment further.. (this part has been censored)* oh man... really hope that this will be nother oneteeoseven miracle and another wrong judgement that i made again lah.. haiz.. pls pls pls pray for me.. to those that read my blog.. yeah i m very tired.. and i dun wan sch to start this mon.. i need some rest from the camps that i have been running and having so lile slp.. and with the people that i will face.. think they will drive me to the grave faster only.. ugh..

and as i was sitting thru my course details and all that.. i asked myself and what m i doing here again.. hmmz.. yeah.. well just some things that i would like to think lah.. due to interest and stuff like that.. i dunno lah...

looks like i will have to see more of u people to keep me alive.. and well i miss you guys.. so hope that ur exams will end soon.. so can go out together.. out out out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :|

gomen! gomen! i havn't been posting here, but seriously, nothing much to talk about my hols. the only highlight was the second week, where we had some fun.. anyways my life during the hols: sleep, wake, watch tv, use comp, train, sleep, go out(a few times)
take a combination of about 4 of the above for any one day, pretty much settles it.
for example: wake, train, use comp, sleep, or wake, train, go out, sleep
something like that, very interesting eh?
also note that "study" has no... "block" in my "schedule".. i'm screwed.
competition later today, time now being 2:45am. my comp is at.. 1:30pm, so i think i'll go sleep now!
wish me luck. i'll win something for you guys mmkay?

anyway guys.. i've got bad news for you.. i wont be seeing you guys that often anymore.. not that i have been grounded.. but rather.. i just recieved my time table.. which some how or another SUCKS big time.. its a 8 to 5 thingy.. with lotsa breaks in btw... ugh.. like a stretch of 4 hour breaks.. sucks rite? LoL.. so yeah.. have to live with tertiary life now you know.. no more kid liao.. so adaptation will be filling me for the nex few weeks.. but the other good thing is also that my mondays i won have monday blues with u guys.. sch starts at 11.. thats like SHIOK! ;)

its been a long time since i had posted anything here.. anyway there isnt much for me to post rather.. however, looking at my schedule if i dun post something now.. i might not be able to post anything in the near future.. and sch is starting soon for me... dun you just feel my excitement? already met one of my course mate.. and well nice guy rather.. haha.. and also the usual slacker i m.. just pontanged 2 sch COMPULSARY events... hmmz.. along with some other SJI guys lah.. so i really wonder how slack josephians are.. :)

training today at ACS(I) was damn fun, though it lasted for 5 hrs.

our coach was also the coach of ACS Junior and ACS(I), which meant that 3 teams (SA and both ACS) were training together.

this damn cute little primary school boy decided to "pon" one of the drills by "burying" himself in shuttles. when coach called "chester" he was smart enough to answer. so much for hiding.

and then when we called coach as coach, the primary school kids went "andrew chong! andrew chong!" kids.

anyhows, training today was damn funny. heh heh. can't wait for the next one =)

hey guys! WAKE UP! this blog seems to be sleeping. heeex. anyway. . .have no fear coz manda's here! blog REVIVAL! yayyyy!
goshh i'm so tired. i just switched on the water heater gonna prepare a bath soon. ahhhh...gonna soak myself in essential oils and laze awayyyyy. i'm aching all over from 2 weeks of pure dance. grrrrr. finally it has come to an end for the hols that is.

oh yeah. . .guess what! we had elections a few weeks ago for dance and today my teacher announced the ex-co members and yepp i'm in :) the specific positions like president, vice pres etc haven't been decided...but for now i'm in charge of wardrobe. yayyy..so fun! haha. so exciting!

hmmm...ok peeps..update more yeah? and we shld have another outing although i know everyone has common tests to study for. . .*groan* but yeah..we'll pull through this together! if you think you're gonna give up soon, just remember that i'm probably struggling worse than you! lolz. well hope that makes u feel better! =)

hi guys! i know i havent blogged or tagged in ages, but i do read the class blog :) i actually wanted to blog the other day but i was talkin to some of u on msn & well...haha it was rather difficult to do both at the same time la.

During cip last sat, while raking leaves in the garden of the home (hmm sounds like fun doesnt it? haha it wasnt that bad though), the ext7ers got round to talking about missing the pple who are not in t09 now. jaimes said immy n him in class, really dead now. and right after that i ran off with jo to help sarah & bean.

I dont think its dead in class now, still fun. its just different from the time we had together in the 1st three months- but then again its really hard to measure up to that isnt it. and of course i still miss it, i miss all u guys :) the biggest diff can be seen during cl class, its super quiet now with just 6 pple- a stark diff from the cl class of the 1st 3 mths where the teacher was terrorized & laughter was extremely rampant! haha :D
& pple have changed too. i think almost everyone has changed somehow. yeah.

& i really wanna go out with u guys. but i dont think ill be able to go out anymore- training, gotta read othello & caretaker before the exams haha. had my farewell to freedom dinner already on mon. ya it sucks. ill miss u guys la, ill be out with you all in spirit haha. but ill be very free in july... :)looking forward to that.
